Camp Equestria 2024 –

Welcome to Camp Equestria! - A UK music festival designed for Bronies (fans of My Little Pony), which will be held at Radford Mill Farm in Bath.

You can purchase your badge for CampEQ here, note that we have several different types of badges for you to choose from, including regular, sponsor, and spirit badges, plus split-day regular badges.

All badges (other than Spirit badges) include a space to pitch your tent on the field for free

NOTE: Badges which have a text box for their price such as the regular + sponsor badges, allow you to optionally increase the price of your badge if you'd like to make a donation to the convention / BKN with your badge.

WARNING: This is an 18+ event , you must be over the age of 18 to attend, and must present valid ID showing your date of birth upon collecting your badge at registration!

All tickets are priced in GBP (Great British Pounds) - the native currency for the UK.

The event is operated by Brony Kindness Network, legally registered in the United Kingdom as Kindness Network Ltd. (company number: 14089351) - a non-profit company (NOT a registered charity!) ran by unpaid volunteers

Tickets

Regular ticket (Thu-Mon)

This is the standard full event ticket, which allows you to arrive on Thursday and attend all days of the convention. The event ends on the Monday, so be aware that you must leave by noon on Monday. You can however leave on Sunday or earlier if you need to.

Newbie Ticket (Thu-Mon) - Your First Pony Convention

This is a discounted badge for individuals who have never been to a Pony or Furry convention before - it's equivalent to our regular badge and gets you in for the full event.

Please do not order this if you have been to a Pony or Furry convention in the past (comic cons and meetups are fine though)

Volunteer/Staff

You must contact us before you can register as a volunteer/staff member - it requires a voucher code to unlock this ticket option.

As a small convention, we can't afford to give free badges to every single volunteer, however all volunteers will receive at least a discounted badge, while staff members who make a more sizable contribution to the convention will receive a completely free badge

Spirit Badges

Spirit badges cannot be used to attend the convention - they are for people who can't attend in person but would like to support the convention and receive some memorabilia such as a badge, lanyard, conbook, etc. shipped out to them.

Standard Spirit Badge

A Spirit Badge is for people who cannot attend the convention in person, but would like to have some memorabilia from the convention and support the con remotely. You will receive: a badge, standard lanyard, conbook, and possibly other goodies :)

Spirit Sponsor

Want to get our cool sponsor rewards and support the con but can’t attend? This badge gets the same rewards as the Sponsor badge (including the custom OC badge!) - but without being able to attend the convention- your sponsor rewards will be mailed to you after the con is over.
